Depending on its size, an installation can be a major logistical operation, often requiring access to awkward spaces and a unique infrastructure built to house and connect the generator.
Health and safety is integral to the way we manage installations, and our method statements and risk assessments are underwritten by a Chartered Engineer. Extra precautions are taken at every stage to create a fail-safe and future-proofed system, for example we fit double skinned bunded fuel storage tanks with solenoid protection on fuel outlets and overfill protection on tank fill points.
Furthermore, the fuel pipework between bulk tanks and generators is either double skinned 150psi flexible or pressure tested welded 304 stainless steel. Our extended exhaust flues are made from welded thin wall stainless, and where extended up the side of a building, twin wall flues are recommended.
